York Hall Leisure Centre, including Be Well The Spa, is temporarily closed until further notice due to an operational water issue affecting the site.
The decision to close the centre has been taken to ensure the continued health, safety and wellbeing of our customers, staff and visitors while necessary investigations and remedial works are carried out.
We are working closely with relevant specialists to resolve the issue as quickly as possible and will reopen the facility once it is safe to do so.
We apologise to our customers and encourage them to use other Be Well leisure centres during this period. We will continue to provide updates and notify customers as soon as the centre is ready to reopen.
