Opening hours
Due to coronavirus (COVID-19), we are operating on reduced hours. We also have security at the entrance to ensure only those with an appointment are allowed in.
Monday to Friday: 10am - 4pm

Due to limited resources we may not be able to answer our phones and you may experience long call wait times. Please email us in the first instance with your contact number in case we cannot resolve your query via email.

Where to find us
The nearest underground station is Bow Road on the District Line and Hammersmith and City Line. The nearest DLR station is Bow Church. When you come out of either station, just turn to right and continue walking down Bow Road. You will see Bromley Public Hall on your right.
The register office is on bus routes 8, 25, 205 and 108.

Access
If you are a wheelchair user visiting the Register Office at Bromley Public Hall, please email us at register.office@towerhamlets.gov.uk before your visit so that we are able to assist you with access to the building.
Parking
Please note we have limited parking available. We have one designated Blue Badge Holder bay, one wedding car bay and one bay for bereaved families.
Pay and display parking is available in the vicinity on Fairfield Road and Campbell Road.
