Housing statements and strategies
The council's housing services are governed by policies and strategies developed by our strategic housing team and agreed by the Executive Mayor in Cabinet.
RPs housing services are governed by their policies and strategies which are required to deliver the terms of tenancy and lease agreements and meet relevant legislation.
RPs are required to take due regard of the borough's Tenancy Strategy and work with the council to support the delivery of overall borough-wide strategies and projects.
