Neutron Tower fire
We are deeply saddened by the incident at Neutron Tower on Saturday 12 September. Our thoughts are with the family of the man who lost his life in the fire, and all of the residents who are displaced from their homes.

Mental health support
The experience of having a fire where you live can be very distressing. This is a very understandable and normal response. It can include:
- feeling anxious
- having a low mood
- disturbed sleep over a few weeks
However, if you continue to experience these difficulties, or notice that the effects of the fire are having an impact on your mental health, there are a range of support services available to help.

NHS 111
NHS 111, 'Option 2' for Mental Health Crisis Support is open 24 hours a day to support people living in Tower Hamlets.
The Helpline is free to call and available 24 hours a day including at weekends and Bank Holidays.

Tower Hamlets Connect provides free, independent, and quality-assured information, advice, and advocacy on health, social care, and social welfare. The service helps people resolve problems early, preventing them from worsening or leading to additional support needs.
