Opportunity for ice cream and mobile café concessions in parks

Tower Hamlets has many beautiful parks and open spaces used by both residents and visitors to the borough.

We have a great opportunity for local businesses to trade in our parks for the summer season in 2024.

We are seeking to license:

- ice cream vans and

- mobile café operators at fixed pitches. 

We have opportunities in parks across the borough for vendors who have Public Liability Insurance and Food Hygiene Certificate.

Book The Hub Building in Victoria Park

The Hub Building is in the eastern part of the park.

The communal space is available for private functions such as:

  • private functions
  • children’s parties
  • workshops
  • classes
  • corporate events

Building details

  • The building boasts a large community space
  • Large doors that open onto a patio area and open park land
  • Large adventure playground just outside the building 
  • Park Café 
  • Sink area and fridge
  • Public toilet facilities including a baby-change room and an accessible toilet
  • Chairs and foldaway tables available for use.
