We run over one hundred events for the local community every year, and all are free to attend (although spaces are sometimes limited).

‘Artumn: Let’s celebrate Autumn!’

What better way to celebrate the natural beauty of Autumn by getting creative!

Using art materials and natural resources found in the park, budding artists will be able to create their very own natural masterpieces!!

Autumn Tree Walk

Join Ken Greenway (Friends of Tower Hamlets Cemetery Park) on a meander around the park to learn about all our trees in the autumn months.

Join us for a daffodil and spring bulb planting session.  All tools will be provided.

Growing Projects in Victoria Park

Our Outdoor Classroom is located on the west side of Victoria Park, close to St Agnes Gate, Gore Road.  People are welcome to get involved in the Gardening Club who meet to grow vegetables, fruits and flowers right in the middle of the park!

The Gardening Club meets at the Outdoor Classroom on Thursday afternoons and Sunday mornings with times varying depending on the season.

Victoria Park Friends Group also host small, intimate events in the Outdoor Classroom which are free for the community to attend.

Event GroupFestivals and commercial events

Victoria Park is home to a few larger festivals and events such as All Points East.  They also organise a free, four day community festival called In The Neighbourhood.  These events are organised by the festivals and events team and we would like to assure you that we’ll be working hard to keep noise and disruption to local residents to a minimum.
