Submit additional evidence

If you have been asked to submit additional evidence to your Disabled Freedom Pass application you can do it here.

If you are unable to provide the evidence that we need, your application will be closed.

Once your application has been processed you can't add any more evidence and your application can't be reconsidered.

If you can provide the necessary evidence in the future, you can reapply for a Disabled Freedom Pass.

Submit additional evidence

A request for additional evidence must be completed within 10 days. If the required evidence is not submitted within this timeframe, you will need to wait until the application has been closed (10 days after the deadline) before submitting a new application with all the required supporting evidence.
