Have your say on the 10-year vision for the borough

Strategic Vision - Jess

An engagement event at the Town Hall about the Strategic Vision

An ambitious and fairer borough where everyone has access to quality housing, healthcare and education are just some of the key priorities residents want to see by 2035.

Tower Hamlets Council is working with residents and partners to develop a new 10-year vision that sets out our shared ambitions for the borough.

The Strategic Vision aims to improve the quality of life, advance equality, opportunity, and empower local communities.

So far, we have spoken with hundreds of residents and professionals from all walks of life to shape the draft vision.

We are keen to hear what residents think of the draft vision and want your feedback.

Executive Mayor of Tower Hamlets, Lutfur Rahman said:

“We want to hear from as many people as possible about the draft Strategic Vision as this will help shape the future of our borough.

“Tower Hamlets is a place of incredible diversity, shaped by our rich history of migration from around the world, and defined by our values of unity and solidarity.

"We have an exciting future with immense potential and we are determined to build a more equal borough and ensure all our residents have access to good quality health, education, housing, and opportunities to thrive."

Everyone who completes the survey will be entered into a prize draw to win a £20 voucher.
