New phone system to improve call experience

We are upgrading to a new and improved phone system to make it easier and quicker for you to get in touch with us.

The new system will enhance call quality, reduce waiting times and help us respond more efficiently to queries.

To complete the switchover, our phone lines will not be available on Tuesday 3 February. On this day, residents will not be able to contact us by phone.

While phone lines are unavailable, you can still reach us through:

Emergency services

Emergency numbers will be available throughout the day for urgent issues, including:

  • Emergency Housing repairs
  • Social Care
  • Reporting anti‑social behaviour

Normal phone services

Normal phone services will resume on Wednesday 4 February.

We appreciate your patience while we make these essential improvements.
