Face-to-face appointments are only available to people for whom telephone appointments are inaccessible.

Daytime appointments

Daytime appointments are occasionally available if evening appointments are inaccessible to you.

Interpreters

Interpreters can be provided upon request.

Book an appointment

The service is not a drop-in service. You must have an appointment. To get an appointment, contact us via email or complete the online form.

You are welcome to come to the building to register your interest if you choose, but FLAC advisers are rarely in the building during the day, so nobody at the building will be able to help you.

Ask for a referral

You should only come to the building to ask for a referral to our service. Ask for Dave Busfield-Birch at the desk in order to make sure you are referred to the correct service.

The advice centre is only open 10am-1pm and 2-4pm (Monday to Friday) for drop-ins.
