We are currently recruiting residents to join the panel.

No experience is needed, just a willingness to share your views and help improve the delivery of your housing management service and local environment.

We are looking for a diverse group of residents who are passionate about making a positive difference in their community.

Flexible and easy to take part

There is no long-term commitment.

You can:

  • Join as many or as few workshops as you like
  • Take part only in topics that interest you
  • Drop in and out throughout the year

Workshops are designed to be short, focused and accessible, making it easy to get involved.

Workshop topics may include

We’ll run themed sessions on a range of housing topics, such as:

  • Anti-social behaviour
  • Parking
  • Repairs and maintenance
  • Leaseholder issues only
  • Communal cleaning and improvements
  • Bins and recycling
  • Estate services and neighbourhood issues

Topics will vary throughout the year based on resident feedback and priorities.
