Review of the lettings team's decision
If you disagree with the decision that our lettings team makes about your housing application, you can request a review.
Appendix 3 – Right of Review, of the allocation scheme outlines the types of review requests that can be made. This section also explains how such a request would be considered.
If you wish to request a review of a decision we have made about your housing application, it should normally be done in writing. If you prefer, we also have an online form to request a review.
We aim to tell you the result of our review within 56 days from the date of receipt of your request, unless we need more information.
