We run and support sessions at Mile End Park Leisure Centre where participants can try different sports and activities each week.

Bikeworks

All Ability inclusive cycling clubs in Victoria Park.

Wednesday 1 to 3pm and alternate Saturdays 1 to 3pm.

West Ham United Foundation Football

SEN Junior Football - inclusive coaching for young people aged 8+ with special education needs and friends. Wednesdays, 4 to 5pm, Mile End Stadium.

SEND Multi Sports Session for adults 16+ on Mondays, 10am-12pm at Mile End Leisure Centre sports hall.

Inclusive Football Training for 11-16 years old on Fridays, 5-7pm at Mile End mini pitches.

Tower Hamlets Tigers FC - A Mental health division team (for anyone registered under secondary mental health services and CMHT's).

Sessions are at Stepney Green Park 3G Pitch, Mondays and Wednesdays 1-3pm.
