This weekly class by Tower Hamlets Mums and Laura Williams gets the girls (and boys) together for pilates to get you looking and feeling fabulous. No experience needed, just a pilates mat or similar to stretch on and we will do the rest.

Babies and young children are of course welcome but you are also just as welcome to come on your own for a work out. For more information visit the towerhamletsmums website.
