Football
Tower Hamlets has a long history of links to football. This dates to over a century ago when dockers and ironworkers formed both Millwall and West Ham United football clubs.
With football, and sport in general playing a huge role in the physical and mental wellbeing of residents, we aim to provide opportunities to play the game at every level.
Check our Sports Club Directory for a list of providers. We also have details of local volunteer football projects that have built good relationships with the community.
