Meals on Wheels
The ‘Meals on Wheels’ service supports residents during the ongoing cost of living crisis. We provide hot meals to the door of those who are experiencing financial hardship.
Different diets
These meals will be culturally appropriate and cater to a variety of diets, including vegetarian and halal diets.
How often will residents recieve these meals?
These meals will be given to residents 7 days a week.
Eligibility
You can get Meals on Wheels if you meet these 3 requirements:
- elderly residents
- experiencing financial hardship
- have some form of vulnerability (mobility, health, mental health) affecting your ability to get out of the house regularly
How can I apply for Meals on Wheels?
The service was launched in Autumn 2025 to a number of residents known to us. We are not accepting new applications at this time.
Later in the year we will be able to take referrals from partners and applications from residents. The team will contact you once space becomes available.

When space is available, residents who have registered their interest will be contacted within the next 6 months, with details on:
