There must be an existing wall or floor mounted non-condensing gas boiler. You can check the make and model on the Home Heating Guide website to verify this.
The existing boiler will be replaced with an 'A' rated high efficiency Ideal Logic condensing boiler with upgraded heating controls. In addition to this, we may also replace faulty radiators and insulate and draught proof your home where feasible.
We will carry out a Land Registry check to verify the property ownership and you will need to provide a copy of your most recent benefit award letter as well as sign a covid-19 consent form.
All work is subject to a technical survey.
