Boiler replacement programme
Following the latest advice and guidelines from the government, we have postponed all activity around the boiler replacement scheme as we are currently not carrying out any home visits.
Already had a survey and are waiting for an installation
You will unfortunately need to wait until government advice changes and it is safe to start visiting homes again.
Already had an installation but you have an issue
If you have already had an installation and have an issue which affects your heating and hot water, please contact us or the installer.
You can still apply for the scheme but your application will be put on hold. You will still need to meet the eligibility criteria set out below so please ensure to check before you get in touch.
We have re-launched our award winning free scheme to replace old inefficient gas boilers. In addition to any boiler replacements, we may also replace faulty radiators and upgrade heating controls as well as provide loft and cavity wall insulation.
The property must be leasehold or freehold.
A home owner must live in the property and be in receipt of at least one of the below benefits. If the home owner is not in receipt of any of the qualifying benefits, a family member who also lives in the property can qualify if they are on one of the below benefits.

- Working Tax Credit
There must be an existing wall or floor mounted non-condensing gas boiler. You can check the make and model on the Home Heating Guide website to verify this.
The existing boiler will be replaced with a like-for-like 'A' rated high efficiency condensing boiler with upgraded heating controls. In addition to this, we may also replace faulty radiators and insulate and draught proof your home where feasible.
We will carry out a Land Registry check to verify the property ownership and you will need to provide a copy of your most recent benefit award letter.
All work is subject to a technical survey.
