Keep It Moving swimming
Swimming sessions aimed at older people (aged 50 plus) and for people living with long term pain.
Poplar Baths Leisure Centre, Saturdays 10am - 12pm, £1 per session.

Starting Saturday 6 April we're running monthly taster sessions in activities like canoeing, climbing & mountain biking for those aged 50 and above for free. Taking place from the Urban Adventure Base in Mile End Park.

St Hilda's Social Club
If you are 50 or older come to St Hilda's Social Club for talks and workshops in the morning and exercise sessions in the afternoon. Refreshments are put on and there's no need to book ahead.
Every Tuesday from 10am to 4pm at St Hilda's East Community Centre. See the flyer for full details.
Just like netball but running is against the rules so the focus is on fun and more tactical play, so anyone can play together regardless of age or fitness level.
Every Monday from 12 - 1pm at Poplar Baths Leisure Centre. £2.10 per session.
