Synopsis: Join us for an evening of compelling stories and unforgettable songs. These span the diverse cultures of east London. Ten Years East is a celebration of love as a language that crosses borders and breaks boundaries. Love is bound up with the memories of lost homelands and dreams of new frontiers.
The East storytelling project presents an exciting lineup of musicians and storytellers. Material reflects the rich cultures of our East End. It ranges from English folklore to Bengali tales and Jewish songs. All ages are welcome.
About the Company: Daedalus Theatre Company is a queer-led, Bethnal Green-based charity. They run projects that explore big topics across many perspectives. They use a range of art forms to connect arts professionals and communities.
