Synopsis:  ‘Who is there?’ is a satire on culture and freedom of speech. It is a humorous foray into the rights of performers and artists. The play explores whether freedom of speech is actual or mythical. It intertwines this with love for ones birthplace and heritage.

How is patriotism defined? It looks at the concept of a "Big Brother" state.  Has government surveillance and control reached ridiculous extremes? These questions are prevalent through the story of a group of eccentric characters. They become heroes of resistance in a dystopian society where citizens' lives are tightly controlled.
