Kings Arms Court PSPO

Notice of Intention to discharge a Public Spaces Protection Order (PSPO) for King’s Arms Court

The London Borough of Tower Hamlets hereby gives notice of its intention to discharge a Public Spaces Protection Order under Section 61(4) of the Anti-Social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014, such order being the King’s Arms Court Public Spaces Protection Order 2016.

This PSPO will cease to have effect on Monday 30 September 2019.

The discharging of this PSPO does not affect the borough-wide PSPO for alcohol which continues.

This PSPO means that it is an offence if a person fails to comply with a request from an authorised officer not to consume alcohol or to surrender anything in his/her possession which is reasonably believed to be alcohol or a container for alcohol.
