Contact form: this is the best way for anyone to contact the Admission service. The form takes 5 minutes to complete, you will receive an automated confirmation of your query, which we will respond to within 5 working days.

Email: email the School Admissions Service on school.admissions@towerhamlets.gov.uk, providing full details including child’s name, DOB and Synergy ID if known and any screenshots.
Call us: we are available Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm on 020 7364 0573. Our phone lines can get very busy especially during September, October and January. Please consider completing a contact form instead.
Visit us: we offer drop-in advice sessions for parents and carers on Fridays from 9:30am to 1pm (term-time only) at the Residents Hub, Tower Hamlets Town Hall, 160 Whitechapel Road, London, E1 1BJ. Spaces are limited, so please arrive early to avoid disappointment. During September only we will run sessions on Mondays and Fridays.
