Supplementary information forms
We coordinate admissions for all nursery, primary and secondary schools schools in Tower Hamlets, except for independent schools.
In addition to applying for a school place on Parent Portal and/or eadmissions, you may also need to complete a supplementary information form (SIF) for your preferred school. These schools are known as own admission authority schools (OAA) and the majority of these are voluntary aided or free schools and are listed below.
Supplementary forms can be obtained directly from the school and must be returned to the school. You must complete both forms for your school application to be considered.
