Our award-winning Victoria Park will host the renowned All Points East festival when it returns for two huge weekends of music and entertainment from Friday 18 August.
Each year, All Points East delivers an epic line up of world class headliners, exceptionally curated supporting line ups and big exclusives. This year is set to be no exception.
In a UK exclusive show, Stormzy has teamed up with All Points East to headline and curate his own line-up for ‘This Is What We Mean Day’ on Friday 18 August.
One of this century’s defining rock bands, The Strokes, will return to Victoria Park on Friday 25 August, plus Californian acclaimed rock trio HAIM will make their Luno presents All Points East debut on Bank Holiday Monday 28 August for a European exclusive show.
The British electronic project, Jungle, will headline on Saturday 26 August, joined by Erykah Badu and many more.
The nation’s much-loved Victoria Park also hosts a hugely popular community focused event each year. In The Neighbourhood, in collaboration with Tower Hamlets Council, features a vibrant programme of activities and entertainment, including eco-friendly creative workshops, free yoga sessions, open air movie nights, children’s activities and much more. Everything is free and this year’s programme which runs from 20 to 23 August, will be announced soon.
Win All Points East tickets
The council and promoters of Luno presents All Points East 2023 are giving Tower Hamlets residents the chance to win tickets to the renowned music festival.
We have 12 pairs of VIP tickets to give away to Tower Hamlets residents for each festival day.

The competition closes at 1pm on Thursday 22 June 2023. We will pick the lucky winners at random and let them know after the closing date.
Terms and conditions
- One entry per household.
- Entrants must enter on one platform only. Multiple entries will be disqualified.
- Winners will be drawn at random and will receive a pair of tickets.
- You must give the name and email address of one of the people who will be attending.
- Names and email addresses must be correct and cannot be changed after your ticket draw entry has been received.
- Entrants must have a Tower Hamlets post code
- Winners will be sent their tickets by email. We are unable to mail out paper tickets
- Unsuccessful entrants will not be contacted.
- We are unable to exchange the tickets offerd, for any other event day.
- The ticket draw is subject to the events not being affected by cancellation.
- A number of age restrictions apply to Luno presents All Points East 2023.
- Entry into the festival will be subject to the festival terms and conditions available on the All Points East website.
- Tower Hamlets Council cannot take responsibility for undelivered emails
- Winners of any other Tower Hamlets Council All Points East 2023 draw or competition are exempt from entering this draw for All Points East 2023 tickets.
