Poisons Act 1972

Changes to the Poisons Act 1972  took effect on 26 May 2015. Retailers of products containing reportable poisons are no longer required to obtain a licence and register with their local authority.

Full guidance for retailers selling explosives precursors and poisons, including a list of all reportable and regulated substances are available on the supplying explosives precursors and poisons GOV UK page.
