Public service voucher terms and conditions

General Terms and Conditions

1.1  You are employed by a public service organisation.

1.2  You must upload the proof of eligibility document.

1.3  The vehicle must not exceed 2.3m (7’ 6”) in height or 5.25m (17’ 3”) in length.

1.4 The cost of a daily voucher is available on our fees and charges page. 

1.5  A voucher is valid on-street, during the controlled parking times, in any zone.

1.6  A voucher is valid for the whole day at the point of activation.

1.7  The voucher is valid in the parking bays signed: ‘Resident Permit Holders Only’, ‘Permit Holders Only’, and ‘Resident Permit Holders or Pay by phone’.

1.8  To activate a voucher it is solely the responsibility of the account holder to enter the correct vehicle registration number, date and time.

1.9  A voucher is not valid in the parking bays signed ‘No Public Service permit’.

1.10  A voucher is not valid on council estates or private land.

1.11  A voucher is not valid in any other bays, including suspended bays.

1.12  A voucher does not guarantee the user a parking space.

1.13  A voucher is non- refundable.

1.14  Any misuse of a voucher or suspect fraud may result in your account being suspended pending investigation, and if proven your account may be closed indefinitely.

1.15  We reserve the right, to request at any time, any eligibility document(s) to check that you are eligible for vouchers.

1.16  The council reserves the right to change the terms and conditions by giving you 28 days’ notice.

Proof of Eligibility Document

2.1  The employer to confirm in writing that you are an employee and the organisation require vouchers to deliver the service.

Maximum number of vouchers 

3.1 There is no limit on the number of vouchers you can purchase.
