Processing permit applications

We are currently receiving a high volume of permit applications which is taking longer than usual to process. Our aim is to process your application/enquiry within five working days.
If you have previously contacted us there is no need to contact us again. We will contact you if there is a problem or delay.

For general enquiries please refer to the permit terms and conditions as we will only respond to enquiries not covered in the terms and conditions. For urgent enquiries please contact Tower Hamlets Contact Centre on 020 7364 5003.

Parking permit renewals

You can renew your permit online if your details have not changed. You will need the renewal letter containing your permit number and the web code. Renew your parking permit online

By phone - excluding resident permits

If your details have not changed, you can renew your permit by calling 020 7364 5003 – credit or debit card payments only.

By post - excluding resident permits

If you are renewing by post, you will have to provide your renewal letter.

Change of details

If any of the details of your permit have changed, please refer to the permit terms and conditions.
