By and for services

These services are conceived, led, and delivered by individuals from the communities they are intended to support. Informed by lived experience, “by and for” organisations provide culturally competent, trauma-informed, and identity-affirming support that is specifically tailored to the distinct needs of marginalised populations. Whether the aim is to access assistance, advocacy, or community connection, these services are designed to promote empowerment, mutual trust, and a sense of solidarity through shared experience.
