This session provides a safe and supportive space for individuals to explore thoughts, feelings, and experiences. The workshop will help participants develop a regular journalling practice and reap the many benefits that come with it.
Through various exercises, participants will explore the ups and downs of life’s journey. They will discover the beauty in each step of the way. Participants will learn to embrace challenges, review past issues and successes. They will also learn to celebrate accomplishments, and set new goals for the future.
By participating in this event, they will have the opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals. They can build a journalling community. This will help cultivate a positive mind-set, develop resilience, reduce stress and find joy in the present moment.
