Following the success of previous sold-out plays, Kayd Somali Arts and Culture and Side eYe are collaborating for the fourth time.
They have created a brand-new production for 2023 titled Desperate Times. It's about a young Somali teacher by day who tells multiple lies. This comedic one woman show is a journey of self-discovery.
Last year’s play Dugzi Days, won the Edinburgh Untapped Award in 2023 and the Popcorn Award for new literature.
There will also be a Q&A with the incredible cast and Side eYe. They will discuss their incredible journey since performing at this venue last year.
